Features SYScan
SYScan is an application developed for warehouse and retail management of a company.
It offers the possibility to scan the barcodes of the articles (or select them by description) and send selected lists to the management system to be able to quickly and efficiently compile the related daily management documents.The application, in order to take full advantage of its features, requires a Wi-Fi connection.SYScan interacts with the reference management software by sending and receiving selected lists of items.
Sending can take place either via file with SMB protocol or via direct connection to the companys SQL Server database.The application is developed to be fully integrated into the management software provided by us but can also be used with any other type of management system, using the SMB connection to send files in text format.Main features:- Barcode scanner (automatic if you have a device with integrated scanner);- Manual entry by article code;- Search and insertion of articles by code or description of the article;- Possibility to enter the loading or unloading lot during the reading phase;- Ability to choose a price list and view the price of the item when it is scanned;- Connection to the management system for downloading orders or article details;- Sending via lists to the management system for the creation of warehouse documents or for sales documents;- Retrieve the articles present in a list and update it;- Quick entry mode.The app is free but to unlock full operation and integration with the management software, you need to request a paid license.For info contact: [email protected]
